DenialCheck

Terms of Service

Draft — review with counsel before public launch.

1. What DenialCheck is

DenialCheck is an automated document-analysis service. It reads the insurance documents you upload and reports how the stated denial reasons compare against the language of your own policy.

2. Not legal advice, not claim negotiation

DenialCheck is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. It does not act as a public adjuster and does not negotiate, adjust, appraise, or settle claims on your behalf. The analysis and any draft appeal letter are informational tools you choose to use or not use. For legal advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney; for claim negotiation, a licensed public adjuster.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

An analysis that finds grounds to appeal is not a promise that an appeal will succeed. Automated analysis can contain errors, including misreading documents (especially low-quality scans). Verify important findings against your original documents before acting, and pay particular attention to appeal deadlines stated in your denial letter.

4. Your responsibilities

Upload only documents you have the right to use. Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for meeting your insurer's deadlines and requirements regardless of what this service reports.

5. Payment

Full reports are one-time purchases per analysis, processed by Stripe. Because the full report is delivered immediately upon purchase, payments are generally non-refundable; if a report fails to generate, contact us and we will re-run it or refund it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DenialCheck's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue.
